Joy in Mudville

Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling were just convicted of at least some of the crimes they committed (namely conspiracy to commit securities and wire fraud). While it won't give the thousands of Enron employees their pensions back, it will send a message to other large companies and corporations that, even if you have a U.S. President and Vice President in your back pocket, you can still be held accountable.
