Money Changers

I've got lots of things going on and I hope to update the blog at the end of this week. For now, I'll just ask one question:

When did Bankers become more like clerks at Wal-mart instead of professionals?

I just had the worst time with Bank of America (online, on the phone and even in the bank itself) and being promised help in one department only to be transferred and sent somewhere else. I'm so sick of this Corporate "It's not my department" mentality.

I think it's finally time to check into banking with these guys.

I very much prefer banking with a smaller institution, rather than with someone like BOFA. Although my Credit Union is really not "small" anymore, it does have a good feel to it.
