Pirates and "The Room"
The Room was a great success. We had between 40 and 50 producers, investors, and writers at our event. While there, I got the inside scoop on a few great projects that could very easily show themselves off-Broadway in the next 6 months or so. There's even a Texas theatre bringing a show! It's a very exciting time for Off-Broadway theatre in NYC. Just you wait and see!

Pirates!
Have you heard of this new movie coming out? It's called Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. It seems to be doing allright at the box office so you should still have time to see it.I'll tell you a little secret. I know one of those pirates! Trampas and I went to college together at Texas Tech. He is a stuntman in LA so it shouldn't have come as much of a surprise when I saw his mug getting beat up in the Verizon Vcast commercial about Pirates. But surprised I was. I can't wait to see the film! I know. I know. I'm the only one who hasn't seen it according to the receipts. That may be a good thing. I'm sure other audience members might get a little annoyed when I squeal, "Trampas!" every time I see him onscreen.
