If we lose him, we'll lose a good thing

Just caught this article about Freddy Fender. He's been diagnosed with some aggressive cancers and the prognosis is dire.

Freddy, I'm hoping for a miracle too.

Meredith...my friend Tina and I were just talking about Freddy Fender last night over our $2 Margaritas at Gloria's on Lower Greenville. I blogged about him today from work, before I read your entry. This is great karma heading Freddy's way.
