Hey Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont
Today's the day you can make a difference, no matter what candidate you support. So go vote!!!
And if you happen to be voting democratic ask yourself this:
If he wins the nomination, what's Obama going to do when Hillary isn't there to answer the questions first?
In any case, honor the people who are and have fought for our country. Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, today is what it's all about. The simple act of voting makes you more American than anything else in this world including football.

Noelle, I know!!! I've lived in Texas for most of my life and I had no idea about this caucusing business.
I agree with you about states that haven't voted yet wanting a chance to make a primary vote count. Even Texas is usually a non-event by the time they get to primary voting.
It's actually one of the things that bugs me about Obama's tactics. He's been insinuating for a few weeks now that Clinton can't win the primary statistically and therefore should lie down. It's as if he's trying to coerce the election rather than win it.
In any case, the sheer number of voters in the Democratic primaries is enough to make me extremely proud to be an American in 2008...regardless of the messes we'll have to clean in 2009.
