Get over it--he and his family and friends who will be missing him for the next eight (hopefully) years are entitled to an evening!
From Ithought: Elizabeth, I don't think anyone begrudges them an "evening"...but 150Million!? That would suffice for almost 4 years of evenings. Given the fact that he will be spending the next few years asking everyone to sacrifice, I'm thinking it might have been more prudent to be a little....heck, even alot more subdued.
He could have spent half of that and still given his family "an evening".
"Do as I say and not as I do" is not a good way to start an administration.
